若狭湾の山と海に囲まれた内外海の漁村集落、小浜志積の3つの民家を改修し宿泊施設と食堂とする計画。 敷地境界をまたぐ路地が山から海へのアプローチとなっているこの集落で、建築の内外部の空間を路地の延長として編み込む、海への繋がりと視線を意識した。 訪問客はこの集落に泊まり込み、地元の人と触れ合い、昔ながらの漁村の路地や風景に溶け込むことができる。
El proyecto consiste en la renovación de tres casas tradicionales en el pueblo pesquero de Shizumi, en Obama, situado entre las montañas y el mar de la bahía de Wakasa, para convertirlas en alojamiento y comedor. En esta aldea, un callejón que atraviesa los límites de las parcelas actúa como recorrido de las montañas hacia el mar. El diseño integra los espacios interiores y exteriores de las edificaciones como una extensión de ese callejón, poniendo énfasis en la conexión visual y espacial con el mar. Los visitantes pueden hospedarse en el propio pueblo, convivir con los habitantes locales y fundirse con los paisajes y las calles del antiguo poblado pesquero.
This project involves the renovation of three traditional houses in the fishing village of Shizumi, Obama, located between the mountains and the sea of Wakasa Bay, transforming them into lodging and dining facilities. In this village, an alley that crosses the site boundary serves as an approach from the mountains to the sea. The design weaves the interior and exterior spaces of the buildings into the continuity of this alley, emphasizing the visual and spatial connection toward the sea. Guests can stay within the village, interact with local residents, and become part of the scenery and atmosphere of this traditional coastal community.
