千葉県市原市高滝付近に位置する斜面地の別荘の計画。斜面から浮いた居間食堂は、南側に位置する湖の景色を取り込むため開放的なテラスと接続し、北側の山の方向には個室の上部をロフトとし、高窓を設けて柔らかな光を取り込んでいる。建物東西に位置する短手の壁と、居間食堂・個室間の長手方向の壁を構造の中心として考え、斜面に接地する基礎部へと力を伝達し安定した構造とすることで、南北の外壁に耐力壁を設置することなく大開口を実現している。
El proyecto consiste en el diseño de una casa de descanso situada en un terreno inclinado cerca de Takataki, en la ciudad de Ichihara, prefectura de Chiba. La sala de estar y el comedor se elevan sobre la pendiente y se conectan con una terraza abierta orientada al sur, desde la cual se disfruta la vista del lago. Hacia el norte, en dirección a la montaña, la zona sobre las habitaciones privadas se ha concebido como un altillo, incorporando ventanas altas que permiten la entrada de una luz natural suave. La estructura se organiza en torno a los muros cortos ubicados en los extremos este y oeste, y al muro longitudinal que separa la sala-comedor de las habitaciones privadas. Al transmitir las cargas hacia la cimentación en contacto con la pendiente, el diseño logra una estructura estable que permite grandes aberturas en las fachadas norte y sur sin necesidad de muros de carga.
This project is a design for a holiday house located on a sloped site near Takataki in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture. The living and dining area floats above the slope and connects to an open terrace facing south, capturing views of the nearby lake. On the north side, toward the mountain, the area above the private rooms is designed as a loft, with high windows that bring in soft, natural light. The structure centers on the short walls positioned to the east and west and the longitudinal wall between the living/dining area and the private rooms. By transferring loads to the foundation in contact with the slope, the design achieves structural stability while allowing large openings on the north and south façades without the need for shear walls.
